The Body

Keeping fit can be likened to the keeping your house clean. The more you clean, the more tidy your house is. That's it! Regularly keeping in tiptop shape is a constant task, a must do for everyone of us. Since we do not have a spear part, we must look after this body regularly.

Small steps, daily to do tasks, wearing the right gear and having a knowledge can all be a daily motivation.
